Zach has cut his teeth in one of the most difficult real estate markets in the history of this business. While many were getting out of the business, he was looking for a way to get in. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Communications at the University of New Hampshire, he followed his dream of living in Southern California. He first got involved in advertising working for a global publishing company and began moving up the ranks, however always had his eye on real estate and becoming a REALTOR®.

Zach is extremely passionate about the business of helping buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants get to their desired results. Listening is the key to his success furthermore working with a phenomenal team of real estate experts in the areas of lending, title, escrow, home inspections, home warranty, staging, photography, video production, contractors, etc. is what sets him apart. His background in advertising and marketing helps him understand which tools are most effective in the local, national, and global markets.

He also carries the national designation of Certified Real Estate Analyst (CREA) making his knowledge of analyzing multi-family income properties an asset to his clients; whether liquidating and passing along gains via a 1031 exchange or acquiring sensible cash flow properties.
