South Orange Grove Boulevard has a rich history, once revered as one of the wealthiest places in all America during the early 1900’s. Old money of that era had settled in and exquisite mansions were built to showcase their owner’s wealth. Later on, things did not fare well for many of the families during the Great Depression. Over time, these mansions that lined the streets could not be maintained and started to degenerate. During the late 1940’s, developers changed the landscape by taking down these large homes in disrepair and building new homes with mid-century designs. Eventually the community evolved and new zoning allowed developers to design and build many of the luxury condominiums that exist today. Below is an active list of condominiums and townhouses that are currently available for sale along the South Orange Grove corridor otherwise known as Millionaire’s Row.
